The Ironess Story
I am Sarah Scheel, the Founder/Owner of Ironess & Fit by FNP. I started this brand because I wanted to show other women that they can still make time for themselves and be healthy no matter how busy they are. I am married and have four children. I recently graduated with my MSN/APRN/FNP. I am building a medical practice where I can combine my degree with my love of fitness to help others achieve their goals.
It gets hectic, but working out helps relieve some of that stress while keeping me fit! You do not have to go to the gym; most of my workouts are done at home!
I am asked all the time how I do it. Honestly, the hardest part is starting. After a while, it becomes a routine, and you automatically do it! Thank you for supporting my women’s apparel brand and helping my dream become a reality!
